Therapy will focus on exploring your beliefs regarding your current weight and your appearance in general by employing the ABCDE model of psychological health. This model will identify what type of beliefs, emotions and behaviours have been running your lifestyle.
CBT techniques are structured, but very straight forward to follow, and they reinforce work accomplished in each individual session and also between the sessions. Behavioural assignments will be also an essential part of your therapy as we will be aiming for the philosophical as well as behavioural shift in your lifestyle.
