Westminster Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
Your guide to a balanced life
If so, perhaps it's time to try CBT. Instead of using patches or other products to wean the body off nicotine and reduce cravings, CBT will help you to identify the main sabotaging beliefs which probably hold you back in your attempts to quit smoking. More flexible, but also more realistic beliefs will be discussed and then tested during the therapy. You will essentially learn to take control of your beliefs regarding smoking, rather then be controlled by those beliefs.
Any anxieties regarding a potential weight gain or worries about switching to another unhealthy habit will be also addressed during the course of the therapy.
“I had been a heavy smoker for 30 years and despite numerous attempts to kick the habit, I had always relapsed into my old ways within a month. I had never experienced a hypnosis or CBT, before being referred to Jana Sheena and I honestly didn't believe that she would be able to help me rid myself of this awful habit. I was amazed. After just one session I found that I had the inner strength to be able to resist the temptation of lighting another cigarette. To say that the outcome was a resounding success would be an understatement. I have been a non-smoker for over 5 years now.”
The price of therapy session: £80
