What can you expect from your therapy sessions?
The first consultation focuses on rapport building which includes your explanation of the problem and its history, specification of the therapy goal, discussion regarding both forms of therapy (Clinical Hypnosis and CBT) which can be used independently or in conjunction and finally we will outline the strategy for the following session.
Further sessions will always include your feedback, explanation and practice of a specific technique which will be consequently discussed and noted. I always encourage my clients to make notes or even record their sessions for their practice of agreed techniques between the sessions.
All sessions will not take longer then 50 minutes.
